1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, ,and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Yes. All applicable taxes are included in the listed price.
5. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–9 business days on average
6. What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam time will begin processing the same day.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
8. Do you charge shipping fees?
No, we offer free shipping within the USA.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Order Tracking Page to follow your delivery.
10. What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but not received?
Please:
- Double-check your shipping address.
- Look around your property or with neighbors.
- Contact UPS directly with your tracking number.
If your package is officially declared lost, contact us at support@ebelis.com
, and we will reship or refund your order.
11. What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
12. How do I start a return?
Email us at support@ebelis.com with the subject line Return Request. Include your order number, items to return, and reason. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
13. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method.
14. Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees.
15. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at support@ebelis.com within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
16. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
17. Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
18. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
